Feng Shou, Associate Professor, Master Supervisor of Harbin Engineering University, Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Advanced Ship Communication and Information Technology of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, IEEE member, Senior member of the Chinese Society of Communications, Member of the Imaging Detection and Perception Committee of the Chinese Society of Image and Graphics, peer review expert of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, academic dissertation review expert of the Ministry of Education, Visiting Scholar of Indiana University Bloomington, Guest Editor of Remote Sensing, an international authoritative journal in the field of remote sensing. Member of the editorial board of international Journal Frontiers in Imaging, American Journal of Remote Sensing, He also serves as a reviewer for many authoritative academic journals such as IEEE TIP, IEEE TGRS, IEEE GRSL, and Remote Sensing. In the past three years, he has published 20 academic papers as the first/corresponding author in top journals in the field of Remote Sensing such as IEEE TIP, IEEE TGRS, and Remote Sensing, and 2 papers have been selected as ESI highly cited papers. Published 6 conference papers in IGARSS and other international conferences, applied for 8 national invention patents as the first inventor, and has authorized 4. The 14th Five-Year Plan monograph of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology "Intelligent Classification and detection of hyperspectral images" 1. Served as the Branch Chair of IGARSS2020 and IGARSS2021, as a member of the Organizing Committee of IGARSS2023, organized the Community-Contributed Session "CCS.9: Recent Advances in Hyperspectral Image Processing: Methodology and Application ". As a guest editor, I organized 2 special issues in Remote Sensing, TOP journal of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
Dr. Liming Zhang received her B.S. degree in Computer Software at Nankai University, China and M.S. degree in Signal Processing at Nanjing University of Science and Technology, China. She received her PhD degree in image processing at University of New England, Australia. She is currently an assistant professor in Faculty of Science and Technology, University of Macau. Her research interests include Signal processing, Image processing, Computer vision and Multimedia computing. She is dedicated to scientific research work and has made great progress in the fields. She has published over 100 papers, including IEEE TIP, IEEE SP, CVPR, etc.
Dr. Zhen Hua received her PhD degree from the University of Manchester in 2023. And she is currently working as assistant professor at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. Her research interests focus on computational intelligence, fuzzy logic, fuzzy information modeling, and decision support systems. She has presided or participated in several research projects, and has published 7 papers in high-quality international journals, 1 book and 2 patents. Now Dr. Zhen Hua works as an associate editor of Journal of Data Science and Intelligent Systems and PriMera Scientific Engineering, and is also the reviewer of several journals, such as Information Sciences, Artificial Intelligence and Applications and so on. She is IEEE member.
Dr. Julia Sidorova is a senior researcher in service at Bioinformatics Platform, CIBER, Ministry of Health, Spain from 2021. She once served as Assistant Professor at Blekinge Institute of Technology, Sweden, where she was predominantly working with data analytics for industry, Sony, Boeing, Telenor, Ericsson. Her research interests lie in classical data analysis vs deep neural networks, and understanding their suitability or deficiencies. She has published more than 20 papers in JCR Journals or A-rank conferences, and participated in several research projects and served as Research Lead in 3 of them. Dr. Julia Sidorova is also the member editorial member of Frontiers in Neurology (Biomarkers) and was invited as the keynote speaker for many conferences. She is a senior IEEE member now.
Mr. Farooq Akhtar is a PhD Researcher in Multi-Objective Evolutionary Optimization at the North University of China, and a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science & Information Technology, University of Kotli AJ&K, Pakistan. Previously, he served as Research Associate at the Capital University of Science & Technology Islamabad, Pakistan & Lecturer at the University of AJ&K, Pakistan. He has published 5 papers in international journals and conferences. Mr. Farooq Akhtar serves as a reviewer for Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) and Elsevier. He is also the member of ACM.
